    Refund Policy

    CROapps Oy (Business ID: 3550932-5) operates a strict No Refund Policy for all digital products sold via crotheme.com.

    By purchasing a license for CROtheme, you agree to the terms outlined below.

    1. All Sales Are Final

    Because our Product is a digital software package delivered instantly via internet download, it is deemed "used" immediately upon purchase. Digital software cannot be returned.

    We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason.

    This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Change of Mind: Deciding you do not want the theme after purchase.
    • Incompatibility: Conflicts with third-party apps or custom code.
    • Skill Level: Insufficient knowledge of Shopify or theme configuration.
    • Accidental Purchase: Buying the wrong item or license.

    2. "As Is" Purchase

    The Product is sold "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". While we strive for high-quality code, we do not warrant that the Product is error-free.

    If you encounter a technical issue, your sole remedy is to contact our Support Team. We fix valid bugs through updates, but the presence of a bug does not justify a refund.

    3. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

    By purchasing the Product, you acknowledge that it is digital content delivered immediately. You expressly waive any Right of Withdrawal under EU or international consumer law.

    4. Chargebacks and License Lock

    Payments are processed exclusively via Credit Card (Stripe).

    If you initiate a dispute or chargeback for a valid purchase, the following will occur immediately:

    1. License Freeze: Your License Key is instantly frozen.
    2. Storefront Lock (DRM): License verification will fail, triggering theme security protocols that may lock your storefront or show a copyright warning.
    3. Permanent Ban: If the chargeback is resolved in our favor, your account and IP address will be permanently blacklisted.

    To restore storefront functionality, you must cancel the dispute or settle the payment with your bank.

    5. Acceptance

    By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and accept that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
