Digital Delivery Policy

CROapps Oy sells 100% digital products. No physical goods or storage media are shipped.

Upon purchasing a license for CROtheme, your digital assets are delivered via your online account.

1. Instant Account Access

Once your payment via Credit Card (Stripe) is successfully processed, delivery is considered complete when your account is credited with the License.

• We do not email theme files directly.
• Access is granted immediately through your user dashboard.

2. How to Download (Activation Required)

For license security, the download link becomes available only after you assign the License to a store. Follow these steps:

1. Log in at crotheme.com/dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Licenses tab.
3. Assign Domain: Enter your valid myshopify.com URL.
4. Unlock: Once assigned, the Download ZIP button becomes available automatically.

Failure to assign a domain prevents downloading the file. This does not constitute “non-delivery.”

3. Delays and Fraud Checks

In limited cases, Stripe may flag a transaction for manual fraud review, which can delay access by up to 24 hours.

• If your payment status is “Pending” or “Under Review,” the License will not appear until the payment is confirmed as “Paid.”

4. "Item Not Received" Disputes

Since the Product is accessed through the Dashboard with system-logged delivery events, claims of non-receipt are objectively verifiable.

Failure to log in or failure to assign your domain does not constitute non-delivery.

If you completed payment and do not see your License after a reasonable time, please contact us immediately.
